Alicia is usually ahead of it. Whatever “it” is.

A lease coming up. A maintenance issue. A compliance date. Something financial that doesn’t quite look right. She tends to spot the thing before it becomes the thing.

Alicia leads our Newcastle team and has a strong preference for things being handled properly, followed through and not requiring three reminder emails.

Owners shouldn’t have to chase. Tenants shouldn’t have to guess. And important things shouldn’t quietly disappear into an inbox.

She likes knowing the moving parts are doing what they’re supposed to be doing.

Outside work, her kids do a pretty good job of filling the calendar with weekend sport, school stuff and family life.

Strong dislike: The phrase “I thought someone else was doing it.”
