She has very little interest in dressing something up when the facts will do. That works particularly well in property management, where owners and tenants generally appreciate knowing exactly where they stand rather than decoding a carefully worded paragraph that somehow says nothing.

Rebekah is especially good with people doing this for the first time. First investment property. First tenancy. First moment of wondering whether everyone else secretly understands how this works.

She’ll talk it through, remove the unnecessary complications and get everyone pointed in the right direction.

Honesty is what Rebekah calls her superpower. She’s still not entirely convinced it counts. We think it does.

Outside work, things get greener. Camping, beaches, park picnics, family time and an ever expanding collection of plants that apparently all had very compelling reasons to come home with her.
