Part strategist, part creative, and part problem-solver, Roland is constantly looking for better ways to improve the client experience, strengthen the LaneCampos brand, and help the sales team perform at a higher level. From digital campaigns to systems, social media, and campaign strategy, he thrives on turning ideas into things that actually work.
