Her world is the bit before that happens. New managements. Photography. Advertising. Pricing. Compliance. Maintenance. Strata. Tenant onboarding. The long list of things that need to happen before everyone can confidently say, “Yep, it’s ready.”

And she does love a list. If it isn’t written down, there’s a strong chance it has ceased to exist.

She’s also the person the team tends to pull in when something has a few too many moving parts, because she’s good at working out what needs doing, who needs to do it and what order it should probably happen in.

There’s something she genuinely enjoys about seeing a property go from tired, empty or not-quite-there to ready for someone to move in.

Away from work, the priorities shift to family, beach walks, Pilates, restaurants, little adventures and a coffee worth leaving the house for. She’s also rarely opposed to an outing.

Hard rule: “Nearly ready” is not ready.

Preferred operating system: A list. Preferably with things already crossed off.

Very easy sell: A new restaurant.
