Zanna tends to appear when things get serious. A deal’s been done, contracts need preparing, the trust account needs checking, someone needs an answer and suddenly there are twelve things that all need to happen at once. She’s very good at that bit.

Zanna has a sharp eye for the details that matter and a knack for making sure everything is exactly where it should be before anyone moves on.

She’s also one of the voices you’re likely to hear when you call the studio. Calm, warm and reassuring, Zanna has that rare ability to make people feel looked after without turning it into a performance. Which is why we let her answer the phone.

Outside work, the pace drops considerably. Family, staying active, coastal walks and a good book are usually enough.
